Of year truly reminds me how lucky we are and the importance of giving back. Today at church I felt like God was talking directly to me and reminding me why I do what I do. No matter the storm God is always there. I pray this holiday season that we as a family can focus on the importance of the season, spend time together and make memories.

Day 12
OI'm thankful that My kids have a dad and I have him to help me parent. Being a parent is sooo hard and I can't image doing it alone. I give major props to all of the single parents out there (especially my MIL). Chase is my rock and makes being a parent easier, fun and keeps me from going crazy.
Day 13
I'm thankful for my popcorn machine 🌽
Yes.. Not only does it provide a healthy snack (when I don't pour butter all over), but it makes memories. Hunter and I love to make a bowl and snuggle while watching a movie.
Day 14
I'm thankful for txt messages. Silly I know but sometimes my txt group messages from my mommy friends can get me through the day. While I'm sure the hubby would love not to heat the beeb so often, their words bring encouragement, accountability (speaking of that I haven't done my exercises today), and most importantly make me feel like I'm doing ok and I'm not alone.
Day 15
I'm thankful for "forgiveness" - I'm still learning how to be a mommy and sometimes hearing mommy I'm sorry will you forgive me or mommy it's ok I forgive you - can make your day and know that even when you make mistakes your love ones will forgive & that I can too.
Day 16
I'm thankful for a garage disposal! Since chase and I have been married we have only had one for 6 months when we briefly lived in an apt after moving to Birmingham. Our new house has one and wow does it make clean up easier. It's the little things 😀

Day 11
I'm thankful for our veterans and our freedom. Past or present they and their families give the biggest sacrifice. Thank you and a special thank you to my dad (my first hero - navy/air force pilot), grandpa (WWII navy), granddaddy (late Col Coleman - Air Force), step grandfather (marines), and cousin (Army)
